Ishaq Ali is a digital marketing specialist with a sharp focus on helping growth-minded brands and entrepreneurs scale with impact. With expertise in post design, video editing, and high-converting reel creation, he produces content that grabs attention and drives real engagement. His background in B2B lead generation, combined with smart LinkedIn and email automation, keeps qualified prospects flowing into the pipeline.

Beyond content creation, Ishaq leads strategic social media marketing initiatives and provides podcast promotion and guest scheduling services that boost visibility and industry authority. Morgan Brown

 

Morgan is a Marketing major with a focus in Sales at the University of Tennessee and currently serves as a Sales & Growth Assistant at 360 Media + Marketing. Passionate about building connections and creating meaningful experiences, she brings energy and creativity to every project she takes on.

She’s also actively involved in Women of Haslam and The Wellness Society, where she supports community empowerment and well-being. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Morgan enjoys exploring new food spots, staying active, and spending quality time with loved ones.

 

 

Sarah Davidson

Sarah Davidson brings a diverse background to 360 Media + Marketing. She spent over a decade in Costume and Scenic Design—earning a mention in The New York Times for her original costume work—before transitioning into corporate operations. Based in Michigan, Sarah has hands-on experience in human resources, corporate documentation, bookkeeping, administration, management, website design, social media, and project management. At 360, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes and is always happy to lend a hand or answer questions.

 

 

Howard D. Dog

 

Howard may not handle spreadsheets or social campaigns, but he’s the real boss around here. As our Chief People Officer and team mascot, Howard specializes in boosting morale, enforcing mandatory play breaks, and providing unconditional joy. Whether he’s greeting guests, supervising snack time, or reminding us to keep things pawsitive, Howard keeps the team smiling and the culture strong.
